Feels like a Friday...

Hello ladies!!

Today I kept thinking it was Friday. It is so disappointing when you are thinking all day that tomorrow is the weekend, and then reality smacks you in the face.

 

Today I was not 100% feeling my outfit. It just was not the most comfortable.

When I am putting an outfit together whether the night before I always make sure my jewelry matches and goes with the color scheme. I do not usually wear gold with dark colors. I tend to wear silver with the darker colors. I feel like gold is more of a bright summer color.

 

I always have a hard time picking shoes to go with my outfits. I love heels but my little piggies don't. A lot of times I take flats or sandals in my bag for the office. Mid-day I change my shoes or ditch them for a while.

Happy Hump Day!

Hello and Happy Hump Day everyone! I had a rather rough day at work. There were lots of crazy thing going on.

I know it is a little late in the day but I will not fail to post. Here is my eye makeup for the day and my outfit of the day...

 

 

What I loved about my outfit today was: it was very comfortable yet stylish. I love loafers, I think they are just amazing. I wear black alot so I loke to mix either a bold top or cream/white with it. I like my chain style necklace except, it was not long enough. I wish it was about 4 inches longer.

Black skinny capris, cream and tan tunic, and black sparkle, studded loafers.

I seem to be getting better at the fishbone. I am happy with the results.

 

Eyes are 'Busted' on the lid and 'YDK' in the crease.
I use the Naked 2 eye palette every day and could not say better things about it. The shadow does not flake, it does not melt and it lasts all day. I usually apply my makeup around 6 and it usually is on my face until 9:30 or 10 at night. I also use a setting spray by Urban Decay called de-slick.



I am also happy to announce that I got a new desk for my room. This will make blogging and homework much easier. I really should have bought one a long time ago.

Hello friends!



Today was a top knot bunn kind of day... I went to bed with my hair wet...again. ha ha. I decided it was a high bun day with a pink lip kind of mood. I wore a black maxi dress and a khaki cardigan over it. I love leopard, so I wore my new leopard sandals from Target. I didn't wear any jewelry besides my basics. My basics are: Tiffany's bracelet, Tiffany's heart ring and stud earrings.

Update :)

Today at lunch I decided to do some retail therapy. My great-grandma, who is 95, has been in the hospital. She is doing well, currently in therapy at a nursing home. This past week has been a little crazy to say the least. I went a little crazy at T.J Maxx this afternoon.

I'm Back!!!

So it has been a while since I have posted anything. My last few semesters have been rather hectic. I am back and ready to start posting again. I am in my last semester of school and I am so excited. This semester is going to be demanding but so rewarding at the end.


I will be choosing a product of the week, outfit of the day, and every month I will review my Birchbox. I will post pictures of the products I receive as well as what they look like on the skin. I look forward to getting feedback from my viewers and reading your thoughts.


I usually paint my nails on Sunday afternoons, so here is my look of the week on my nails:

 

For todays look, I am wearing black skinny pants, a white cami and a black vest. I chose to add a pop by wearing leopard flats.

My hair is in a side braid since I slept on it wet.
